Sorry if you’re experiencing longer than usual wait times to speak to us on the ‘phone. We have scaled our capacity a lot for September, and introduced new services, including online chat, a new Help Centre, and 1-2-1 callback services for all new customers. However, partly due to COVID-19, many of our schools were not able to complete their End of Year process until early September, which created more work than normal for our Helpdesk as we helped them to get ready for September. We expect the call wait times to begin to subside this week, so thank you for your patience during this period.


When trying to download important documents for more than one student within a register, it keeps downloading the same document that was downloaded for the first student for all subsequent students.

Replication Steps:

Students > Select a student > View > Click onto the Documents tab > Add a new document > Tick the important box > Select a file > Upload & Save > Repeat the same process for a different student who is in the same class as the first student > Go to Modules > Attendance > User Timetable > Open a register that contains those two students > Turn off projector mode in the top right hand corner > Click on the red flag icon for one of the students to download the document > Click on the red flag icon for the second student to download the document


After downloading a document for one student in the register, you will need to refresh the page in order to download the document for a different student.
