Sorry if you’re experiencing longer than usual wait times to speak to us on the ‘phone. We have scaled our capacity a lot for September, and introduced new services, including online chat, a new Help Centre, and 1-2-1 callback services for all new customers. However, partly due to COVID-19, many of our schools were not able to complete their End of Year process until early September, which created more work than normal for our Helpdesk as we helped them to get ready for September. Users are unable to see the Print Student Profile button within a Student record in the profile panel at the top of the page with only the 'Access' permission. The button only appears if the user has the 'Save' permission.

Replication Steps:

Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions > Edit a role > Select the module Framework from the drop down > Give the role 'Access' to Basic Details under New Student Details, Profile > Save > Log in as a user with the role > Go to Students > Select a student > View > Ensure you're on the new student details page > Look in the top right hand corner of the student profile panel > The Print Student Profile button is not visible
