Sorry if you’re experiencing longer than usual wait times to speak to us on the ‘phone. We have scaled our capacity a lot for September, and introduced new services, including online chat, a new Help Centre, and 1-2-1 callback services for all new customers. However, partly due to COVID-19, many of our schools were not able to complete their End of Year process until early September, which created more work than normal for our Helpdesk as we helped them to get ready for September. We expect the call wait times to begin to subside this week, so thank you for your patience during this period.


When marking attendance in a double period register, the marks are not automatically populating the second period. This is only affecting taking registers in the New UI.

Replication Steps:

New UI > Groups > Group Type Teaching Class > Select a class > View > Click onto the Timetable tab > Scroll down to the associated timetable section > Add in two timetables for the same day, teacher and room, one period after another e.g Week 1 Monday 1 and Week 1 Monday 2 for X Teacher in X Room > Save > Go to Modules > Attendance > User Timetable > Select the teacher you added the timetables to from the drop down > There should be a double register showing for the class you added timetables to > Open the double register > Start entering in attendance > The second period does not get automatically marked


Manually enter in the second period marks or switch to Old Bromcom if it is enabled on your system by clicking your profile picture in the top right hand corner.
